Car-nnoisseur Founding Membership was built for the second kind of person. It exists for the people who recognize something before everyone else does.

Memberships are limited. Hard caps. No exceptions. We will never have more members than we can genuinely look after. That number is smaller than you might expect, and it will never change.

The Founding Dinner
Once a year, every founding member is invited back to a private dinner held exclusively for the people who were here before we opened. No public. No press. No new members. Just the founding members, the full kitchen, and a menu built specifically for that evening. The one night a year this restaurant belongs entirely to the people who believed in it first.

01 The Driver

Reservation Access
Members have full reservation access across every service. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Your occasion is ours to honor
Driver members flag the occasion when booking. A birthday, an anniversary, a proposal, a celebration, a reason that matters to you. We take it from there. Not a candle in a dessert. Something made specifically for that moment, for that person, by the hands who make everything in this kitchen from scratch. From the moment you sit down to the moment you leave, the evening is shaped around the occasion. We do not need instructions. Just tell us who and why.
Priority access to the bakery
Before the counter opens, a selection from the morning's bake is set aside for Driver members. Things that won't last an hour once the doors open. Never available through the public counter until your window has passed.
The early shift
Driver members get access to the cafe 30 minutes before it opens to the public. The bread is still warm. The room is still quiet. The best seats in the house before anyone else walks through the door.
The space is yours
Access to the space for a private photo shoot. Once per year the restaurant is available to you before opening hours for a private photo shoot. For personal use, professional use, content, whatever you need. The most visually extraordinary interior in Southern California available as your backdrop. No charge.

02 The Collector

Guest privileges
Collector members can extend their reservation benefits to one guest per month. Someone who isn't a member gets treated like one for an evening. Your table, your experience, shared once a month with someone you're close with.
Commissioned from our kitchen
The ability to commission a batch of anything we make. Any product that comes out of our scratch kitchen. A bread, a condiment, a roast, the list goes on. Anything can be commissioned in a private batch for your home.
Private tasting
Every time something new joins the menu, Collector members are the first people outside this kitchen to taste it. A private invitation to sit down with the chef before a single guest has ordered it. You taste it first before it's ever on the menu.
The Collector Secret Menu
A menu that does not exist for anyone else. Collector members have access to a separate menu that is never printed publicly and never available to anyone else. Dishes that are technically rigorous, artistically driven, composed with the kind of intention you find at the highest level of the craft. Some food cannot exist at scale. This is that food.
The lounge is yours after hours
Once per month after the dining room closes and the last public guest leaves, the lounge belongs entirely to you and your guests. No crowd. No service theater. No one managing the energy of a room. Just the space, the brick, the timber, the Porsches, the rare vintage lounge seating, and the people you chose to share it with. The most intimate version of the most extraordinary room in Southern California.

03 The Curator

Everything in The Collector plus:

You never need a reservation again
From the moment you become a Curator member the word reservation is retired for you. You have a standing open invitation. You show up. We make it happen. There will always be a table for you and your party. The logistics are our problem, not yours.
Your wine stored here
A dedicated locker in the restaurant holds up to 12 bottles of your personal wine. Bring them, leave them, drink them here whenever you visit. Labeled, temperature controlled, available to you with no corkage ever. Four times per year our sommelier reviews what is in your locker and makes specific recommendations.
A concierge who belongs to you
One person at Car-nnoisseur is reachable by you directly 7 days a week. They know your favorite table, your wine, your preferences, your history. They speak to the chef on your behalf. They hold things, arrange things, and solve things. The kind of relationship most people spend years trying to build with a restaurant, given to you from day one.
The one-off dinner
Once per year each Curator member can commission a private dinner built entirely to their specification. A menu designed around their preferences, their occasion, their guests. The kitchen listens. Then builds something that has never existed before and will never exist again.
The buyout option
Curator members have first right of refusal on private event buyouts before they are offered publicly. A birthday, an anniversary, a corporate dinner. The entire restaurant yours for an evening. Offered to this tier before anyone else.
